Data Analyst
The IT Analyst III will work collaboratively within a team to manage, modify, and develop business intelligence (BI) systems critical for optical fiber manufacturing. The role supports cost reduction, capacity expansion, and data-driven decision-making across the division
Key Responsibilities- Develop, support, and manage business intelligence and reporting solutions for the optical fiber division
- Build dashboards and resolve data integrity issues in collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide server support and ETL solutions related to BI applications.
- Support capital projects, cost-reduction initiatives, and capacity expansion efforts
- Provide occasional after-hours or on-call support
- Work independently and collaboratively on technical projects
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in database design, development, and business intelligence
- Proficiency in:
SQL, SSIS, Oracle, ETL, Visual Studio
Power BI, Microsoft Reporting Services
Database tasks: DDL, DML, DCL - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with SQL Developer, SSMS, Data Bricks, MES, Control Charts, Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with Git, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Lab
- Manufacturing production support experience
