Daily Property Adjuster Wilmington NC

CENCO Claims is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjuster to manage residential and light commercial property claims in the Wilmington, NC region. This field-based role provides steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our dedicated claims team.

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess storm, wind, and water damage.

• Prepare accurate estimates and detailed reports in a timely manner.

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners.

• Document all findings according to carrier guidelines and industry best practices.

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the claims process.

• Prior property adjusting experience preferred

• Proficiency in Xactimate (or willingness to learn).

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

• Ability to perform field inspections, including roof climbs and navigating damaged structures.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic adjusting equipment.

• General knowledge of construction or building repairs preferred.

• Consistent claim volume across the Wilmington and coastal NC area
