Position: On Premise Trade Specialist

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 9:00-5:00 PM (and as needed)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supporting the on premise market in assigned territory.
Conduct quality audits as assigned.
Execute placement of POS.
Conduct ISB tracking.
Conduct internal draft surveys.
Verify third party draft line cleaning as needed.
Delivery product to customers as needed.
Assist with establishing new accounts.
Assist with special events and community programs.
Assist in POS organization in the warehouse as assigned.
Ensure compliance with ABC regulations and rotation requirements.
Attend sales meeting and training.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess high school diploma or equivalent.

Possess minimum of 1 year of similar or related experience.

Possess basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Possess the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.

Possess the ability to deal with problems involving limited concrete variables in standardized situations.

Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, bar graphs, and procedure manuals.

Possess basic communication skills using common courtesy.

Possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form.

Possess the ability to perform physical work.

Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance in the market.

Possess ability to obtain and maintain an active beer and wine sales license.

Possess ability to drive, valid driver’s license, and a driving record compliant with company standards.

Employee must regularly/constantly walk, stand, reach knee to shoulder.

Frequently (34-66% of workday)

Employees must frequently lift/carry kegs up to 87 pounds and boxes up to 35 pounds, reach below knee, reach above shoulder, handle, grasp, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, acuity, and ability to adjust focus.
