HMF Express is a subsidiary of Senneca Holdings and is an industry leader in the manufacturing of hollow metal doors and frames for commercial buildings. With state‑of‑the‑art equipment and a talented team of experienced professionals we set the standard for innovative hollow metal products.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Service and Engineering to support purchase order detailing for our custom and quick‑ship doors and frames.

• Translate product information from customer purchase orders into the product configurator by applying hollow metal door, frame, and hardware application knowledge.
• Direct the flow of information and documents to create work orders and reports using various software systems.
• Work with team members to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering to ensure job details are compatible with HMF SOPs.

• Ability to process orders on tight timetables in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Interpretation of architectural drawings, templates, and coded order entry forms.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and strong math skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Commercial hollow metal frame & door industry experience – helpful but not required.
• Track record of success in a team environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
