Edge Landscaping Inc., a professional landscape maintenance company located in Wilmington, North Carolina, is currently seeking qualified Landscape Crew Members to join our Maintenance Department. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license (minimum of 3 years) with a clean driving record.

The Landscaping Crew Member/Driver is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Maintenance Department by performing a variety of landscaping tasks with professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to quality service. The role requires collaboration with crew leaders, supervisors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of all assignments.

• Adhere to all company safety protocols, personnel guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Execute tasks as directed by the Crew Leader or Supervisor to meet project requirements.
• Safely operate a variety of landscaping and lawn maintenance equipment, including but not limited to line trimmers, edgers, mowers, and backpack blowers.
• Perform weed identification and removal as necessary.
• Suggest process improvements or efficiency recommendations to the Crew Leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, and equipment at all times.
• Assist in the proper loading and securement of equipment for transport.
• Represent the company with professionalism and uphold high standards of public conduct and customer interaction.
• Adapt to changing work environments and varying job conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with crew members and multiple levels of supervision.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with Crew Leaders, Account Managers, and Operations Managers.

• Full mobility is required, including standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment regularly.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Competitive hourly wage starting at $19.00 to $21.00
  , commensurate with experience.
• Weekly payroll with Direct Deposit.
