Train all Bartenders for Arena and Catering departments and all Suite Attendants;
Be responsible for the inventory, ordering, and stocking all bar and suite related products;

Develop and implement bartender training programs, policies, and procedures;

Enforce all liquor laws & adhere to all health dept regulations.
