Food and Beverage Server

Summary (Essential Functions): Provide consistently excellent food & beverage service to Club members and guests.

Sign-on Bonus: After 6 months of service, employees receive sign-on bonuses as follows:

• 35+ hrs/wk - $1000
• 21-35 hrs/wk - $500
• 1-20 hrs/wk - $250

Responsibilities include:

• Set up wait stations and perform assigned prep work
• Provide immediate attention to members and guests upon seating
• Distribute menus, inform of specials, answer questions
• Take orders, enter into POS system, include special requests
• Serve meals, remove dishes
• Present dessert menus, serve desserts, coffee, after-dinner drinks
• Verify charges, present chit, obtain signature
• Handle chits per SOP, bundle and turn in at shift end
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, wait stations
• Report complaints promptly
• Perform clean-up and closing duties
• Attend pre-shift meetings and tastings
• Follow laws and policies for alcohol service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Excellent people skills, basic food and wine knowledge, ability to multitask, reliability, strong work ethic, team mentality, flexible availability, effective communication.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive benefits include paid time off, insurance, 401(k). Position is hourly, tips not permitted.
