Sales Manager F&I

Audi Cape Fear is eager to add a Sales Manager / Finance Manager to our progressive team. We are a family-owned dealership with a hands-on owner that is focused on growing the business and expanding our reach. The sales team follows a ‘One Touch’ or ‘AtoZ’ sales process where the ABS (Audi Brand Specialist / Sales Person) handles the deal from start to finish, including F&I.

• Lead and manage the ABS team to execute the One Touch / AtoZ sales process from initial contact to close and F&I.
• Train and guide the ABS team on sales and F&I processes.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to grow the business and extend market reach.

• F&I experience is a must.
• Experience with the modern approach to retailing is a tremendous asset.
• Ability to train and guide the ABS team.
