The Role:
We're hiring a NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Sales Agent to focus exclusively on growing the number of commercial properties we manage
. You will build relationships with property owners, investors, and real‑estate professionals, identifying properties that could benefit from our unique management offering. You won’t be doing leasing or operations — you’ll be focused 100% on business development and closing deals

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect commercial property owners and investors in the Wilmington area and beyond
- Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings to present our value proposition
- Nurture long‑term relationships with brokers, attorneys, lenders, and community leaders
- Prepare proposals and service agreements in collaboration with leadership
- Track outreach, follow‑ups, and performance using CRM
- Represent Aloha Wilmington at networking events and industry functions
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead gen strategies
Compensation Package:

Commission (High Upside)
- Negotiable % of the first‑year management fees on every contract closed
- Quarterly bonuses for performance milestones
- Residuals or overrides on larger portfolio deals or referrals
- Flexibility to work remotely with in‑person meetings as needed
- Opportunity to grow into a Director of Business Development role
- Access to coaching, training, and resources from a seasoned commercial broker/property manager and investor.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable pitching in person, over the phone, and via Zoom
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and hungry to close
- A solid understanding of commercial real estate is a huge plus
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Willing to learn, execute fast, and grow with us
