Outside Sales Representative

A high-performing B2B Sales Representative responsible for driving new business growth within an assigned territory.

• Prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conducting on-site assessments and delivering presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services
• Developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements
• Maintaining accurate CRM records of client interactions
• Achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record; willingness to meet auto insurance requirements
