** Full-time — rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts.**•
** Dealership hours:
Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM — closed Sundays.

* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* • Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right vehicle from our inventory.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives highlighting Mazda's design, technology, and performance.
• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and warranty options clearly and transparently.
• Negotiate vehicle pricing professionally and ethically while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Develop and maintain a robust customer pipeline through follow-up, referrals, and outreach.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Stay current on Mazda's model lineup, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability.

* JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* • 2+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred — automotive or similar environment.
• Previous dealership experience highly desirable; motivated newcomers with strong sales backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — ability to explain clearly and listen actively.
• Confidence in sales ability with a commitment to honesty and transparency.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer database systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and the community.
• Valid Driver's License required.
