Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer! This role focuses on customer service, building connections, and ensuring safety across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Active PPSB license.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
