Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to service and repair Life Safety Fire Alarm systems, with a primary focus on Honeywell BDA, Gamewell/FCI, Autocall, Notifier, and BOSCH panels. Training and certification on company equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair various fire alarm systems.
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in alternating on-call service rotations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in service and/or installation of fire alarm systems.
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Must be drug‑free with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Schedule
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift
- Alternating On-Call Service
