Position Overview
As a multi-family Residential Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential electrical services in the area of Wilmington, NC. You will be responsible for leading a team of electricians, coordinating projects, and ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

QualificationsProven experience as a multi-family residential electrician, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid electrician license and certification (where applicable).
- Strong technical knowledge of residential electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
