We are seeking a Residential Installation Technician in Wilmington, NC to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing our state‑of‑the‑art home security solutions for residential customers. • Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience.
• Follow wiring diagrams, hook‑up procedures, and safety standards，今年 to ensure quality installations.
• Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment.
• Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle payments and complete accurate paperwork.
• Must be detail‑oriented, capable of following technical instructions, and safety‑conscious.
• Ability to represent the company professionally and maintain product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions.

• $45,000 to $60,000 annual average earnings (hourly paid training and 100% uncapped commission).
