TASC Care Manager (Robeson County)

Robeson County (Lumberton, NC)

40 hours/week, Full Time, M-F, Non-Exempt

Administer psycho-social screenings/assessments, coordinate linkage to behavioral health treatment, medical, educational, and vocational services as needed, and provide ongoing professional care management services for the justice‑involved population.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Certifications:
  
  Preference given to individuals with North Carolina Peer Support Specialist certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience, and/or individuals registered with the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB).
• Experience:
  
  Knowledge of recovery, harm reduction, and wellness-based concepts. May have lived experience with recovery and/or the justice system.

• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and similar platforms.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including legal systems, healthcare providers, and social services.
