As an IAFT Coordinator, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting youth with complex needs and the families who care for them. You’lloversee intensive foster care services, coordinate treatment planning, andensure caregivers and youth receive the structure, guidance, and support neededto promote stability, healing, and long-term success.

- Walk alongside youth with complex needs as they move toward healing, stability, and hope
- Strengthen and support foster families as they open their homes to children who need extra care and understanding
- Help create environments where youth feel safe, seen, and supported through intentional planning and connection
- Partner with caregivers and professionals to turn challenges into opportunities for growth and progress
- Be a steady presence during difficult moments, offering guidance,encouragement, and reassurance
- Celebrate progress—big and small—as youth and families take meaningful steps forward
- Advocate for compassionate, individualized care that honors each child’sstory and potential
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or arelated field required
- Experience working with youth and families in behavioral health or child welfare settings
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and treatment-focused foster care models
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Prior experience in IAFT, therapeutic foster care, or residential treatment programs
- Experience coordinating treatment teams or supervising services
- Ability to manage complex cases and respond effectively in high-pressure situations
