• Lead Transformative Stretch Sessions: Using proven techniques, deliver personalized, one‑on‑one assisted stretches that enhance mobility, reduce pain, and help clients reach their full potential.
• Be a Trusted Movement Expert: Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and body alignment. Your in‑depth knowledge of human anatomy makes you a go‑to resource for improving their movement and performance.
• Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop lasting connections with clients, making them feel seen, supported, and motivated to come back because of you.
• Represent the Stretch Lab Brand: Serve as an ambassador for the studio by working closely with the sales team to convert first‑time visitors into lifelong members.
• Stay at the Top of Your Game: Continuously grow through education, hands‑on experience, and collaboration with an energetic, supportive team.

You’re not just a coach—you’re a movement expert who thrives on helping people feel their best. You bring a combination of knowledge, empathy, and enthusiasm to your role, guiding clients through stretches that make a real impact on their well‑being.

• A degree or certification in:
  Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field.
• A current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF.
• A professional license as:
  Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer.
• A credential in:
  Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with human anatomy training.

• CPR/AED Certified (or willing to get certified).
• 1+ year experience working hands‑on with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness.
• A strong understanding of human anatomy and functional movement.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• A desire to hustle and have fun doing it!
