Requirements and DescriptionAn Airport Ramp Agent loads/unloads baggage and cargo, guides aircraft to/from gates, operates ground support equipment (GSE), performs cabin maintenance (lavatory/water services), and ensures ramp safety, working outdoors in all weather conditions to facilitate fast aircraft turnarounds. Key duties include marshalling planes, securing them with chocks, handling special cargo (animals/hazmat), and coordinating with flight crews to meet strict schedules.
