Warehouse Associate

Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support our Wilmington store by receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

• Receive incoming deliveries, inspect items for damage or accuracy, and unload trucks.
• Organize stock in designated areas, label products, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and accuracy.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for store shelves and customer pickups.
• Assist with inventory counts, restock shelves, and report low stock levels to management.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Previous warehouse, stockroom or similar experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hourly wage range: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
