Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee banquet operations from setup through event completion
- Lead, train, and develop banquet team members
- Coordinate event execution with Sales, Catering, Culinary, and Operations teams
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor controls
- Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of concerns
- Maintain company, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of banquet, hospitality, catering, hotel, or event management experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
