About the Role
Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help support full life cycle recruiting efforts for ATSG and its subsidiaries. This is an excellent opportunity to join an amazing team in an exciting industry.
ResponsibilitiesDuties will include recruiting functions such as monitoring trending job boards and social media, accurately sourcing qualified candidates, traveling to job fairs and recruiting events, and developing creative recruiting strategies, including cold calling, to find and interact with the talent pool. This position will communicate ATSG values to prospective candidates and current employees, support new hire information processing and onboarding presentations, and collaborate with management to provide customer service and problem‑solving support.

- Candidates must be able to work on site daily
- Bachelor's degree and/or applicable combination of education and/or experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to initiate conversation with candidates and sell the value proposition of ATSG with a "quick on your feet" mentality.
- Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize, assign and coordinate workload of assigned area and resources within a multiple project setting.
- Self‑motivated; able to work independently and as a part of a team.
- High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products; email and web‑based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Skills
- Experience in the aviation industry, preferably in recruiting.
- Experience using Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Career Boards, etc. for applicant recruiting purposes.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, specifically UKG.
Yes. As needed to support recruiting events.
EducationHigh School or better. Preferred:
Bachelor’s or better in Human Resource Administration.
Drivers License.
