We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an organized, detail-oriented Manufacturing Clerk to support production operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate data within the ERP system, coordinating materials, and ensuring smooth communication between production, purchasing, and warehouse teams. Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, review, and maintain production-related data in the ERP system (e.g., work orders, inventory movements, material transactions).
Monitor material availability and assist with updating Bills of Materials (BOM), routing information, and production schedules.
Partner closely with production, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely flow of materials and accurate documentation.
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports from JD Edwards or similar ERP system.
Support compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation and perform high-volume data entry with precision.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, logistics, or a similar operational support role.
Hands-on experience using JD Edwards or another ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.), ideally in manufacturing or supply chain modules.
Technical Skills
Proficient in ERP system modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Work Orders, or Procurement.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Basic understanding of BOMs, routings, and production workflows.
Strong data-entry accuracy and record-keeping skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
