Cafeteria Worker

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for aCafeteria Workerat our Wilmington, OH Service Center Cafeteria. This candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving cafeteria food with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards, following established food production programs and procedures. Responsibilities will include cashiering in the cafeteria, sanitation activities, washing dishes, cleaning equipment cafeteria janitorial tasks, serving meals, which may include grill work, deep frying food, preparing and finishing pizzas, and operating other commercial kitchen equipment and other duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager.

Position Includes:

• Distribution of food supply orders, which requires bending, lifting, twisting and moving cases weighing up to 40lbs and walking/standing on tile floors for 8-10 hours per shift
• Serving meals
• Grill Work
• Deep frying food
• preparing and finishing pizzas
• operating other commercial kitchen equipment

Responsibilities
:

• Food Preparation
• Clean and sanitize workstations, counters, dishes, cafeteria tables and other equipment.
• Sets up stations with breads, food, beverages, condiments, disposable plates, and utensils
• Stocks and cleans cafeteria beverage machines, brews coffee and tea
• Lifts and moves supplies, aiding in filling and delivering stock supplies
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
