About The PositionThe Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. The position for the Wilmington region will primarily operate within the surrounding communities of Greenville, Eaton, and Wilmington, with territories subject to change based on business requirements.
Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.

- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (hours may change by weather and season).
- Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection professionally.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads or smartphones.
- Personal vehicle required; reimbursed at IRS rate per mile beyond 50 miles roundtrip.
