Our Inside Sales Account Managers are professionals providing the exact solutions that our customers want, specifically working to uncover IT needs for State and Local Governments, K-12, and Higher Education (SLED). Full Time
USD $19.25/Hr.
Responsibilities- Cold call and prospect to establish new accounts which maintain established book of business.
- Maintain and grow business with existing accounts.
- Plan and organize daily work schedule.
- Presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the customer's needs and expectations.
- Maintain a track record of sales growth (even during slow times).
- Maintain company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others.
- Listen attentively and respond effectively to customer concerns.
- Negotiate or mediate discussions competently.
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Organized state of mind the ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules, and monitor performance according to priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional follow-through, personal drive, and the desire to make a difference.
- Uses a consultative sales approach.
- Demonstrates ability to close sales and overcome customer's objections.
