The Sales Representative is responsible for connecting with potential customers to promote products, achieve sales targets, and guide customers through the purchase process by using strong communication skills.
Responsibilities- Product Knowledge – develop a comprehensive understanding of the Cricket product line, stay informed about industry trends, new releases, and competitor offerings.
- Customer Engagement – engage customers in conversations to identify their needs and preferences; effectively communicate how Cricket products meet requirements.
- Sales Consultation – conduct needs assessments, recommend suitable products, address concerns, provide additional information, and overcome objections.
- Close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets using effective sales techniques.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to order completion.
- Build customer relationships for potential future sales; retention is emphasized.
- Sales Reporting – keep accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and outcomes; provide regular performance reports and participate in daily huddles.
- Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Results‑oriented with demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or marketing is a bonus.
- Comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures (provided).
- Fast‑paced and dynamic phone sales environment with a focus on teamwork and individual performance.
- Full‑time, Part‑time
$12.00 – $16.00 per hour
Language- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
