- Strong working knowledge of:
- Gas and diesel engines

- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus)
- Clear and professional communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, work in confined spaces or at heights, and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Own a complete set of general mechanic tools (specialty tools provided by the company)
- Six (6) months of formal technical training in automotive, truck, or equipment maintenance OR two (2) years of relevant commercial/industrial equipment servicing experience (Formal schooling may substitute for experience—1 year of schooling = 1 year of experience)
