Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Wage: $22/hr - $23/hr

The ULD Repair Technician inspects, maintains, and repairs Unit Load Devices (ULDs) used for airport cargo transport which plays a vital role in maintaining safe and efficient cargo operations.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A ULD REPAIR TECHNICIAN
- Inspect and assess ULDs for damage:
Conduct thorough examinations to identify repair needs - Repair damaged ULDs:
Use tools and equipment to fix issues such as dents, breaks, and malfunctioning parts - Weld and fabricate parts as needed:
Apply welding and metalworking skills to reinforce or replace ULD components - Perform routine maintenance on ULDs:
Carry out scheduled tasks to keep ULDs in safe, working condition - Ensure compliance with safety regulations:
Follow strict safety protocols and standards during all repair activities - Document repairs and maintenance activities:
Maintain accurate records for tracking and regulatory purposes - Collaborate with logistics teams:
Coordinate with operations staff to prioritize repairs and ensure cargo readiness - Exemplify Prime Flight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Previous experience in ULD repair or similar aircraft maintenance roles
- Knowledge of ULD types, construction, and repair methods
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for ULD repairs
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in‑person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal— as applicable)
- Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
