. When winter weather hits, our Winter Operations Team is ready. We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded team members who take pride in showing up when it matters most. This seasonal, on‑call role plays a critical part in keeping runways, roadways, and sidewalks safe and accessible during winter storms.

• Respond on‑call during snow and ice events
• Operate a variety of snow‑removal equipment to clear runways, roadways, and sidewalks
• Work as part of a team to ensure all assigned areas are safe and fully cleared
• Continue operations throughout the duration of the storm—including multi‑shift or multi‑day events
• Perform post‑storm cleanup and prepare equipment for the next weather event
• Follow all safety procedures while working in winter and low‑visibility conditions

• Seasonal, on‑call position based on weather events
• Shifts may last up to 12 hours
• Storms can require extended hours over multiple days
• Work is performed outdoors in winter weather conditions
