Staffmark is hiring a Shipping Associate for our well‑established manufacturing client in Wilmington, OH. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with day shift hours and a supportive team environment!

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

* Must be available for overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.

The Shipping Associate plays a key role in ensuring materials and products are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and shipped to customers. This position is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of prior shipping or warehouse experience who is dependable and detail‑oriented.

• Use pick lists and RF scanners to identify, record, and invoice materials
• Load/unload materials by hand onto pallets, trays, racks, and vehicles
• Secure shipments to prevent damage in transit
• Verify and document shipping information, including safety labels
• Prepare shipments for air and ocean transportation
• Assemble crates and pack products appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of shipping/warehouse experience
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers and decimals)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
