Administration and diary maintenance.

Assist in managing, planning and coordinating all travel requirements for Senior Management, including logistics, national/international requirements and any special consideration which may require direction.

Directs, manages and/or coordinates projects with various staff and departments generally involving work of a confidential nature and requires knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs. Work collaboratively with on-site global EA’s and administrators to ensure smooth delivery of global meetings, events and forums, both on and off site. Ability to communicate at all levels and effectively maintain and build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
