Location: Brand New Site Polestar Wilmslow

Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑time

Salary: OTE up to £41,230 (Uncapped); £34,000 basic plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and an uncapped Time‑Saved Bonus Scheme (dependent on level)

Hours: 40 hours a week Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:30 – 12:30

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
• Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
• Warranty repairs per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write‑up is complete
• Taking the customer’s vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
• Completing all relevant paperwork to a high standard

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, motor industry experience (brand or non‑brand), and a full and valid UK driving licence. You should be self‑motivated, able to support your team, ambitious, eager to learn, and able to maintain the highest standards on all vehicles that come through our workshop.

Previous brand experience is desirable but not essential, as brand accreditation training will be provided. Diagnostic, MOT and EV experience are also desirable but not essential.
