• Understand and document overlapping products, services, processes and capabilities to aid target state definition with business stakeholders.
• Document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and change impact assessments from current to target state for people, clients, systems and process.
• Work with business and technology to support the ‘to be’ state and define functional business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams in the creation of User Acceptance Test plans and lead UAT efforts.
• Support business and data analysis activities in customer migration, data archiving or value creation projects as part of the M&A integration process.

• Experience with business process design and documentation; ‘as is’ and ‘to be’, gap analysis.
• Proven experience with modelling tools – process models, use cases/stories, entity relationship diagrams, etc.
• Significant experience with process and information gathering approaches; interviews, workshop facilitation, shadowing etc.
• Strong experience in data analysis and proficiency in Excel.
• Proven exposure to Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
• Experience with SaaS projects across Salesforce, e‑commerce etc.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Visio.
• Utilising and implementing AI across the group to increase efficiency and deliver quality MI and process improvement at pace.
• Strong team player prepared to roll up sleeves and get stuck in.
