    21.45 hours per week over 3 days (part‑time, permanent)

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers in face‑to‑face, virtual or telephone interactions to understand their financial goals and identify needs.
  • Deliver information about savings, products and services, and guide customers to suitable solutions.
  • Conduct “My Review” appointments and use this to discuss customers’ financial objectives.
  • Proactively contact customers over the phone to discuss requirements.
  • Educate customers on multiple communication channels available to interact with the Society.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and ensure vulnerable customers are supported appropriately.
  • Adhere to policies, standards, controls and limits of authority, supported by training, coaching and communication.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous customer‑facing experience (banking, building society, contact centre, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, health/care acceptable).
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Excellent time‑management and ability to work well in a team, especially during busy periods.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and open to a broad range of activities beyond standard expectations.
