Salary: £28,240.00 OTE

• Provide a first‑class service and deliver the highest standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.
• Maximise treatment and retail sales to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Deliver exceptional customer service which exceeds guest expectations.
• Provide ultimate client care to all guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Provide professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote available treatments, recommending suitable home‑care advice.
• Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to and that you keep up to date with developments relating to the product ranges and any new treatments.
• Follow Champneys protocols and training programs to ensure the best service for guests and attend required training courses for your therapist grade.
• Be responsible for your working areas, ensuring equipment is fully operational and clean, and report any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
• Liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists to meet the ever‑changing needs of guests, including shift changes.

• Hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Massage experience essential.

• Monday to Sunday
• 10:00 – 19:00
• 11:00 – 20:00
• Weekends worked alternatively.
