** We’re looking for a Patient Access Officer to join the team at The Wilmslow Hospital.

As a Patient Access Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome r role will involve delivering a high standard of customer care while managing a busy front desk, handling patient check-ins, and assisting with enquiries. In addition, you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support consultants and third parties, ensuring the smooth coordination of the patient journey.

This is a front-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of activity while maintaining a 5-star, world-class service.

* What you’ll do:

*** Work closely with The Patient Experience Manager and the Clinical Services Manager to ensure 5  excellence across the facility
* Forming part of the Front of House team, being the first point of contact for patients, Consultants and visitors
* Dealing with enquiries in person, via telephone and email.
* Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks
** What you’ll bring:
*** Previous experience within a healthcare setting or customer service setting, delivering exceptional service
* Team player and can-do attitude
* Warmth and compassion
* Impeccable standards
* Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
* Computer literate
