My client is a boutique style recruiter in the private equity space, mainly focusing on search and selection. You will be responsible for sourcing high level candidates so need to be confident in speaking with high net worth professionals and engaging with them.

You will be working closely with the two directors of the business who will give you full training and support.

Desirable but not essential is a finance based degree such as economics or legal degree. Also those who have worked in the finance or legal profession who want to make the transition into recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing and headhunting top professionals.
• Write adverts and review CVs / market mapping.
• Prepare candidates for interviews.
• Negotiate offers and close placements.
• Work towards targets and earn commission.

• Graduate (2:1 or above preferred) OR sales/commercial experience.
• Any finance or legal work experience preferred but not essential.
• Ambitious, driven, and money‑motivated.
• Excellent communicator with resilience and confidence.
• Highly organised and able to perform in a fast‑paced setting.
• Determined to progress quickly and succeed.
