Our client is a thriving recruitment business with specialist divisions within Digital Marketing, Technology, Print & Packaging sectors. Due to continued growth, my client has 2 x Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles available.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive a comprehensive structured training programme to introduce you to the world of recruitment and provide you with everything there is to know about becoming a successful recruiter.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be taught about sourcing clients & candidates, developing existing relationships and how to manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish.

You will need the desire to learn and the drive, determination, and motivation to hit your daily and weekly targets to build your own client and candidate base in your given sector.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles will be based in the Wilmslow Office but will be required to regularly attend candidate and client meetings off site. The role will cover the UK and will require the holder to travel as necessary within the UK.
