This is a standout opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to work on high-quality, high-value transactions rather than high-volume panel work. The firm has an excellent reputation and acts for high-net-worth clients across affluent areas, offering exposure to complex matters and genuine career progression.

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages, with a particular focus on higher-value and more complex transactions.

The Role:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently

• Handle high-value and complex residential property transactions

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and quality clients

• Work closely with a supportive and experienced property team

• Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (or Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive considered)

• Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing

• Experience handling high-value or complex transactions is highly desirable

• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven
