We are looking to recruit a part‑time In‑Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury’s Wilmslow store. 18 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week. Our shift patterns include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 06:00 – 12:30
• Monday:
  Day off
• Tuesday: 16:00 – 19:00
• Wednesday: 16:00 – 19:00
• Thursday: 16:00 – 19:00
• Friday: 16:00 – 19:00
• Saturday:
  Day off

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsbury’s stores. Tasks will consist of, but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities, including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping, to ensure stores are kept clean.
• Clean in‑store toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or even oven canopies.
• Work outside, keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied.

Arcus will support you through full training.

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential; on‑the‑job training will be supplied.
• An eye for detail and cleanliness.
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.

Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App, which we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
