Are you an experienced Property Manager with a background in social housing, temporary accommodation, or regulated services (Ofsted/CQC)? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing social housing management company, managing assets on behalf of investors while making a real difference to tenants’ lives, based in Wilmslow.

• Ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained
• Manage rent collection and monitor arrears
• Carry out inspections and ensure high standards are met
• Oversee repairs and maintenance plans (planned and reactive)
• Provide clear monthly reports to investors and management
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders

• Proven experience in property management, ideally within social housing, temporary accommodation, Ofsted or CQC services
• Solid knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and safeguarding
• Strong organisational skills with a hands‑on, proactive approach
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and contractors
