We're looking for a talented, hands-on Head Baker who wants to leave their mark, lead an exceptional team, and produce artisan breads and viennoiserie that customers will travel for.

As Head Baker, you'll take ownership of the production bakery, leading daily operations while helping shape the culture, standards and future of an exciting new venture.

You’ll have genuine influence over production, processes and the development of a talented team, working alongside passionate owners who are committed to doing things the right way.

• Lead the day-to-day bakery operation
• Produce exceptional artisan breads, sourdoughs, viennoiserie and seasonal products
• Drive quality, consistency and efficiency across all production
• Build, train and inspire a passionate bakery team
• Plan production to meet demand while minimising waste
• Manage stock, ordering and cost control
• Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Help shape the future direction of an exciting and growing artisan bakery

• Outstanding artisan bread and laminated pastry skills
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Excellent production planning and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for traditional baking and exceptional ingredients
• High standards and meticulous attention to detail
• A hands-on leadership style with the ambition to build something exceptional

• £42,000–£45,000 salary
