Role Overview :As a Senior Social & Content Executive at Chic, you'll be the day-to-day lead across your client accounts, taking ownership of content delivery, scheduling, and client communication. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager to develop your strategic thinking, actively testing new content formats, trends, and methods to drive account growth.
This is a hands‑on creative role for someone with 3+ years of experience who's confident in execution, curious about performance, and ready to take real ownership of accounts with the support of senior leadership around them.
Online Brand Management- Devise, implement, and oversee strategic social media plans spanning multiple platforms.
- Craft and curate pertinent, high‑calibre content tailored for distinct social media channels, guiding junior team members in execution.
- Stay informed of evolving social media trends, competitor dynamics, and industry news to maintain a forward‑thinking approach.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms to optimise the impact of creative assets across online channels.
- Track social media performance metrics, making data‑driven adjustments to strategies for optimal results.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, and the ability to integrate creative concepts into digital campaigns.
- Adapt to the ever‑changing world of social and be open to trailing and experimenting with new social trends and evolvement.
- Apply strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their goals, translating them into impactful and resonant creative campaigns.
- Own the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time, and to the standard agreed.
- Act as a key point of contact for allocated clients, attending meetings and communicating progress, feedback, and updates with confidence.
- Actively test and experiment with new content formats, trends, and platform behaviours, feeding learnings back to the wider team.
- Support the Senior Manager in developing and refining account strategy, bringing ideas and observations from day‑to‑day delivery.
- Prepare monthly reports for clients, analysing performance data to make strategic adjustments and ensure continuous growth.
- Train more junior team members in using reporting and analytics effectively across client accounts.
- Use data‑driven thinking to ensure monthly reports are used effectively to improve account performance
- Lead the planning and execution of creative campaigns for both existing and new clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
