- Creationofcomprehensive,clear,andlogicalwrittencommentscompletewithsupportingimageryanddiagramsforsupplierstounderstandandachievethedesiredproductfitandquality.
- Strongunderstandingoftestreportsandchemicalcompliancetoensuretheproductmeetscustomerandbrandexpectations.
- Strongunderstandingofpatternconstructiontosupportsupplierscorrectlyandefficiently,improvingfitandreducingsamplequantity.
- Strongunderstandingofgarmentconstructiontoensurethebestpossiblemethodsareusedwithincostandtoachieveapremiumanddurablefinish.
- Understandingofproductreturnsandimplementingimprovementsbasedontheproductsperformance.
- Abilitytosupportothermembersofthe Technicalteamwithfitandqualityqueriesandbeanadvisorytootherfunctionswithinthebusinesssuchas Buying ,Design,Merchand Sourcing.
- Understandingoffabriccharacteristicsandbehaviourforproductsuitability.
- Maintainingthecriticalpathwithaccuracyandconsistencysovisibilityoftheproductprogressioniseasilyaccessibletoallfunctionswithinthebusiness.
- 4years’experienceatasimilarlevelwithinawomenswearfunctionwithstrongunderstandingandexperienceofoccasiondressesandouterwearproduct.
- Collaborativeandclearcommunicator.
Abilitytoworkwiththewiderproductteamsuchas Buying,Design,Merchandise,Marketing and Sourcingandbuildingsuccessfulworkingrelationships. - Organised,agileandabletoprioritisewithinabusyofficeenvironmentwherechangeofprioritiesarefrequent.
- Activecontributortoproductdiscussions,sharingofideasandnewprocessestoimprovebestpractice.
- Supportive,fairandmotivationaltoworkwith.
