You will have:
- Proven retail management/assistant management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in team management with skills in leadership, communication, motivation and performance evaluation
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
- An approachable and friendly personality
