The Role . As a Sales Development Representative
, you'll be responsible for creating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients across the UK.

You'll be speaking to businesses about their people, skills and development needs and helping them understand how Apprentify's apprenticeship programmes could support their goals.

You’ll use a mixture of:

• Phone calls
• Email
• Linked In
• Social selling
• Face-to-face networking

You’ll learn how to have great commercial conversations, understand customer needs and turn those conversations into genuine opportunities.

• Building relationships with new and potential clients.
• Reaching out to businesses through phone, email and Linked In.
• Speaking with decision-makers across HR, People, Talent and L&D.
• Understanding the challenges and development needs of potential clients.
• Identifying the right Apprentify programmes for each business.
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Booking virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Keeping your pipeline organised using Hub Spot.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the Apprentify Group.
• Developing your knowledge of AI, technology and digital skills.
• Working towards and exceeding your individual targets.

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed here.

You'll start your journey with our tailored Sales Academy
, delivered by specialist sales trainers.

You'll learn everything from how to confidently start a conversation and build rapport, through to handling objections, understanding customer needs and creating opportunities.

You'll also receive ongoing coaching and development throughout your career.
