Trainee B2B Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission

Type: Full time, office based

We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team in Wilmslow as Sales Development Representatives
, selling government funded apprenticeships to businesses across the UK. This is a business to business sales role focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling and building strong client relationships.

• Making outbound calls to generate new business leads
• Speaking with decision makers across a range of industries
• Promoting apprenticeship programmes tailored to business needs
• Managing client relationships and booking qualified appointments
• Working closely with Business Development Executives to convert leads
• Hitting and exceeding targets with full support and training

• A confident communicator with a persuasive phone manner
• Someone who is target driven and financially motivated
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resilience, energy and a team focused mindset
• Previous sales experience not required

• £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
