• Supporting the team with tax, BAS, bookkeeping, and advisory work
• Getting hands‑on with Xero and other cloud‑based tools
• Learning directly from experienced accountants and mentors
• Preparing client reports and documents with care and accuracy
• Being part of a team that celebrates wins, big and small

• Have a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar (or are just about to finish)
• Are ready to learn, grow, and bring good energy to the team
• Have great attention to detail and solid communication skills
• Are curious, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves
• Love tech, systems, and making things more efficient

Bonus points if you’ve already used Xero or interned in a public practice firm.
