Temporary Document Scanning & Data Entry Specialist

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Temporary Document Scanning & Data Entry Specialist to assist on of our clients in Wilson, NC with an important records-management project. The project involves preparing employee documents for electronic filing in employee records.

We are looking for candidates that can remain positive, focused, and productive while completing the work accurately and efficiently.

• Scan employee documents into electronic files.
• Accurately type employee names and other basic information to properly identify documents.
• Upload and organize documents in UKG employee records and another database system.
• Follow established naming, scanning, and filing procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Review scanned documents for accuracy, legibility, and proper filing.
• Complete assigned work consistently and within expected timelines.
• Ask questions when clarification is needed rather than guessing.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with basic computer and data-entry tasks.
• Able to type accurately and efficiently.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
• Able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
• Previous experience with document scanning, data entry, records management, or HR files is a plus, but not required.
